We accept returns up to 14 days after the original purchase date. The purchase date is the date you received an order confirmation email. Returned items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for false orders and defective products. However, if the customer has chosen a different or more expensive shipment than we offer in our online store, we only cover the initial shipping cost. To make it clear, we will send you instructions for return.
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through email: email@example.com.Please, be sure that you attach an image of faulty product with visible fault and add full details (name, order number and date). We will do everything we can to correct our mistakes. You will be provided with a new product(s) within a week or a full refund, depending on your preference.
